This week, take 10 minutes to yourself to do something that you’ve been putting off. Here are a few examples:
- Phone an old friend, Sit down undisturbed, Read a chapter or few pages from a book, write in your journal or in a blog.
- List 5 personal maintenance requirements You want to start for yourself or that you do for yourself.
- List 3 things that you will do for yourself this week that will provide you with pleasure.
- Take a moment and delete 5 photos that you do not need in your phone.
- Take a moment and delete 3 people that you haven’t spoken to in the past 2 years from your phone.
